| The Audit System was deigned for Pick
Everard who are a leading multi discipline Architects/Civil
Engineers/Surveying practice in the construction industry.
As part of their on going operations they maintain a fully accredited
quality management system to ISO British standards. Their requirement
was to develop a system to help them manage the auditing process
of their employees.
The main functions of the system are:

Audit Planning
At the beginning of the year there is a requirement to plan all audits
for the following year.
Using Audit Areas they can pre define the number of audits required
for specific areas per year.
The system then allows the user to create all of the required audit
records at the touch of a button. These temporary audit records are
available to allow for auditors and auditees to be chosen. |

Allocate Auditors/Auditees
One of the prime objectives is to allocate audits on a fair basis,
whilst ensuring that auditors do not have too many audits allocated
at any time. This system allows auditors and auditees to be allocated,
and displays the number of audits allocated to an auditor in any quarter
that helps to distribute the load evenly over the year.
Once the required information is complete the record is then updated
to a full audit record. |
